  • Products purchased from us are eligible under two conditions that if the product(s) received is/are defective or does not work properly.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the returned item if the item(s) is/are not according to the policy mentioned.
  • If you wish to return a product(s) that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Dolphin computers shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
  • Please notify us within the given timeline of 1 days from the date of delivery of the product for a speedy return/replacement process. If you are unable to get in touch with us, then we shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under the warranty coverage, we will arrange a reverse pick up and one of our shipping partner will be scheduled to pick up the product to be returned.
  • Returned product(s) is/are to be shipped in the original packing.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase attached with the returned product(s).

Shipping Policy:

  • Our delivery time for orders is 5 business days.
  • Minimum delivery time is 1 day and maximum delivery time is 5 days
  • Free Shipping on all orders from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. For other states and cities in India charges are applicable as per product weight and dimensions.
  • Orders will be dispatched on business days (Monday - Saturday), excluding public holidays.
