In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

• Damaged / Dead item(s) received
• Item is missing parts or accessories
• Item received is different from what was ordered

• Order can only cancel if not dispatched.
• On cancelation refund will be credited only to the original source of payment.
• Refund will be credited to the original source of payment within 14 days of order cancelation.

• Properly package the item, all of its tags, bags, and manuals. Please be sure not to write on or damage the Manufacturer's packaging material as this can make an item un-returnable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
